1. Listing Accuracy & Inspection
CarHari strives to provide complete and accurate specifications, pricing, and visual representations for every pre-owned vehicle listed. However, because each pre-owned automobile has an individual history, all prospective buyers are actively encouraged to inspect the vehicle in person, conduct a test drive, and review physical service records prior to finalizing a purchase.
2. Pricing & Availability
Vehicle listings are subject to prior sale. A vehicle is marked as “Sold Out” immediately upon receipt of an official token and confirmation of purchase. Prices listed reflect transparent vehicle valuation exclusive of state RTO transfer duties, insurance endorsements, or municipal taxes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
3. Ownership Transfer & Documentation
CarHari provides full assistance with RTO transfer paperwork. The buyer agrees to submit valid KYC documents (Aadhaar, PAN, address verification) as required by the Indian Motor Vehicles Act for seamless title transfer.
4. Governing Law
Any disputes or transactions arising through CarHari are governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the showroom operating jurisdiction.
